Our investment in our people includes our: 

 

  • Māori Leadership Programme which recognises and develops future leaders.

  • Certified OH&S management system and safe working practices, like investing in technology that reduces the strain on human bodies. 

  • Health & Wellbeing Programme which includes exercise classes, walking groups and planting of fruit trees and a herb garden onsite to encourage healthy eating. 

  • We also support our people outside of work too, including providing support to help them quit smoking and learn more about budgeting tools.
